How's your MPG??
I was just wondering what everyone gets on an MPG basics. On know on a good day I can only get 65 miles on a tank, and the tank on the 500 is 4.5gal, so I’m not doing so good on MPG’s.
If you would list your machine, tank size and how many miles you can get per tank. I know that this can vary with riding style and terrain but just give me you best guess.
Thanks

Grizzly 700 w/ EFI 5.3 gallons I can go about 90-95 miles on a tank.
Grizzly 550 should do better I'd guess w/ the same tank size!!!

Yeah about 100 miles is tops. Riding the routes in the UP I could push it past 100 but on the trails it needs a drink quite a bit sooner.

2001 350 honda rancher ES
3.4 gallon . inlcudes 0.7 reserve....
I never had to use reserve til last fall at the mounds ... trying to run out
thought over the years the petcock maybe went bad ... but...
87 miles ( when new ) still never hit reserve U.P. riding .... rode 80 miles last week mostly trail ..... never hit reserve ...
so 2.7 miles gets me about 90+ miles....I'd have to say 35 MPG !!! thing still hits 50+ MPH ... not bad for NEVER adjusting the valves !!!!

I've never run my 06 500 cat completely out, I did go 115 miles in the UP ( 6.1 gallon tank) before fuel icon began to flash

Whew!!! I thought you were talking about me there for a minute!!!
I do think that PooPoo is heading in the right direction w/ the new 850s. EPS, Engine sideways for less parasitic loss, narrower between the feet, Double A-arms up front. Now if they would just get the weight down a bit...

I didn't think the 2 seater would sell so quick(less than 1 week)so the search is on.Having a hard time with the choices out there but do have it narrowed down to 4 choices.po/po 550;grizz 550,king quad 450,can am 650 max xt.I do want 2 front a arms and think the power steering could help with the tree stumps that Carrie and I were both finding last weekend.I wish there were some late model used to pick from but cant find any.I cant go very long without one for fall riding is my favorite.
