Yes I picked up a set of stock rims (sold the old ones some time ago) from Linwood Cycle and found a good deal on Maxxis Big Horns on E-Bay. So some time in the next few weeks I’ll be back to stock again.
I like the ITP’s it just the offset and I’m sure I’ll like the Big Horns too.

i think you will enjoy the maxxis bighorns tom. i had the same style tire, just made by gbc. very good tire all around.

The Big Horn's are very different from the Carlisle Badlands which I currently have on the machine, I think I may have to take a few spins in the mud to see just how they work. I’m not a big mud type person Lois and I truly enjoy just sight seeing and just love the hills of West Virginia. I will give you all a full report when I get out on the trails again, and with all this snow it may be sometime before that happen up north here.

i will tell you they ride fine. good all around tire....take this into consideration also.. look over a dirtwheels mag or anyother atv mag and look at pics of the pro's driving the ute's... almost all are usuing maxxis bighorns. that to me says something....

That's what I noticed too. The tread looks like it won't tear up the trail too.
I really liked the write up on the Honda 420 and Yamaha 400 in the last Dirt Wheels. They both sound like good machines. Makes me wanna ride!!
